Returns & Refunds

Because every Dora Deco piece is one of a kind, we want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged in transit

If your piece arrives broken, photograph the damage and the packaging, then contact us at doradeco.pl@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Change of mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original, undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are issued once the piece is received and inspected.

Non-returnable

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
