Shipping

All pieces are handmade by Dorota in Poland and ship from Poland.

Processing time

Each order is carefully packed within 3–5 business days. Because every piece is one of a kind and fragile, we take extra time to wrap it properly.

Delivery times

• Poland: 2–4 business days
• European Union: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–21 business days

Packaging

Pieces are wrapped in tissue and bubble wrap, then packed in sturdy cardboard boxes with additional cushioning. We recycle packaging materials where possible.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided with every shipment.

Customs & import duties

Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country. These are not included in the price.
