Terms of Service

By placing an order with Dora Deco you agree to these terms.

Products

Every piece is handmade and one of a kind. Dimensions and weights are approximate. Colours may vary slightly from photographs due to monitor settings and the natural variation of hand-applied glazes — this is intentional and part of what makes each piece unique.

Prices

Prices are listed in Polish złoty (PLN). An approximate euro (€) equivalent is shown in product descriptions for reference; the PLN amount is the binding price at checkout.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing doradeco.pl@gmail.com. After 24 hours, orders already packed cannot be cancelled.

Liability

Dora Deco's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs authorities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
